Who will be the real heir?

In fact, according to Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, if a person dies without making a will, then all his property is given to his legal heirs. What if death occurs after making the will?
If a person makes a will before his death, it is followed accordingly. According to the Indian Succession Act, 1925, a person can give all or half of his property to anyone. One can even give his property to strangers or any trust through will. For a will to be considered valid, it must be signed by the testator and must have at least two witnesses.
