MacBook Neo Launched: Apple has launched its cheapest laptop MacBook Neo. It was being awaited for a long time and it has been brought to compete with Windows laptops. To keep its price low, the processor found in iPhone has been installed in it and it will be available in four color options. Let us know in detail about all its features and price etc.

Design and display

MacBook Neo has an aluminum frame and has been launched in Blush, Indigo, Silver and Citrus color options. Its weight is about 1.2 kg. It has a 13-inch Liquid Retina display and it supports a brightness of 500 nits. Anti-reflective coating is also provided on the display.

MacBook Neo has the same A18 Pro chipset as the iPhone 16 Pro, which has a 5-core GPU and 16 core neural engine. Apple claims that it provides 50 percent faster performance than many laptops with Intel Core Ultra 5. Fanless architecture has been used in it for silent operation and it has been launched with Apple Intelligence support. This laptop will run on macOS Tahoe, in which built-in apps like Safari, Photos, Messages and FaceTime will be available. This MacBook will have 8GB and 256GB base storage.

Camera, Battery and Input

MacBook Neo has a 1080p FaceTime HD camera, dual microphones and dual side speakers, which support Spatial and Dolby Atmos. It also has Apple’s Magic Keyboard, large multitouch trackpad and TouchID. Apple says that it can last up to 16 hours on a single charge.

Pre-orders for MacBook Neo have started and like the recently launched iPhone 17e, it will also be available for sale from March 11. Its starting price in India has been kept at Rs 69,900.
