Actor’s lawyers told IANS that they did not find the story, screenplay and a long agreement draft, which was very important to start work with their clients. Due to the lack of all this and producer of the original film, Nadiadwala objected to making a film by sending a notice to his client, so his client left the project and returned the money including interest. He has also abolished the ‘term sheet’ (initial agreement).

Paresh has no creative differences with Priyadarshan
Paresh Rawal also made it clear that there was no creative differences with director Priyadarshan. He said that he has great respect for Priyadarshan. He also told that he took this decision thoughtfully, because now the character of ‘Babu Bhaiya’ was not able to attract his inner art.

It was clear from the statement of his lawyers on Sunday that Paresh Rawal is no longer responsible for the film and he has returned the amount received with interest of Rs 11 lakh.

‘Akshay’s team did not suffer any loss’
Akshay Kumar’s team said that the removal of Paresh Rawal caused loss to the film’s team, shooting and expenses. In response to this, Paresh’s lawyers said, “At first he took money, then later sent a notice, while he knew that the story is neither ready nor the title of the film is clear. In such a situation, there is no point of loss, hope that they will accept the truth and move forward.”

Now when both sides are taking their legal steps, it is not decided what will be the future of the ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise.
