When Imam Ibrahim was informed about the massacre, he asked to come to Gangnauli. After explanation, at around five o’clock the police took possession of all three bodies. The police seized the DVRs of two CCTV cameras installed in the mosque. Imam Ibrahim reached home at around 5.30 pm, after which the police took him and the village watchman to the police station for questioning.
