Recently, while sharing a post on Instagram, Aalim Hakim wrote, ‘We have decided that we will not work with those actors whose managers misbehave with people.’ While sharing the post, he wrote in the caption that every member of the creative team deserves respect and they should not be ignored by considering them as mere ‘staff’.

Appealing to give respect to the artists working behind the scenes, Aalim Hakim wrote, ‘Respect the hairdressers, make-up artists, stylists, assistants and crew members who work behind the stars. Don’t just call them ‘staff’. Behind every public appearance, red carpet, film look and photoshoot, many creative people put in their hard work, time and talent so that a star can shine. ‘

He further said that these actors stand on the sets for hours, leave home early in the morning and sometimes even give up festivals, birthdays, time with family and even sleep, just so that the stars with whom they are working look their best on camera.

Aalim Hakim further said that creative work is not a small task and respect should never be given according to one’s position. He further wrote, ‘That is why we have decided that we will not work with those actors whose team misbehaves with creative professionals or crew members. Because talent deserves respect. Hard work should be accompanied by good treatment and every artist should be respected.
