Yami started acting career with TV

Yami Gautam, who was shocked by her strong acting in films like ‘Uri’, made a bang on the television industry in the year 2009. She played the lead role in the show ‘Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga’ telecasted on NDTV imagine. The show was actor Gaurav Khanna, who got a lot of popularity from his opposite serial ‘Anupama’. While Yami played the role of Mathur in the show, Gaurav played the character of Abir Bajpai. The show was premiered from 28 December 2009 till 2 September 2010.

Apart from the show ‘Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam’ serial, Yami also made other shows like ‘Chand Ke Paar Chalo’, ‘Rajkumar Aryan’. His fans had appreciated his acting a lot.

Yami’s magic in films after TV

In 2012, Yami made his first step on the film industry. His first debut was with Ayushmann Khurrana’s film Vicky Donor. The film proved to be a big hit and the audiences liked the star cast of the film very much. After this, he worked in many tremendous films. Play tremendous characters in films like ‘Badlapur’, ‘Sanam Ray’, ‘Kaabil’, ‘Uri’, ‘Chor Nick Ke Bhaga’, ‘Tenth’ and ‘OMG 2’. Yami Gautam Want to Leave Industry: Bollywood actress Yami Gautam has made her own place in the industry. He has given many great films. Yami does not sign any such film, something different happens in every film. Yami started her career with the film Vicky Donor. Since then, she was covered, but there was a time in her career when she left everything and made up her mind to go back to the village. Not only this, she had also packed her bags. Yami remembered about the time of his career in an interview to Galata Plus. Yami told that she was unable to make her place in the industry at that time. Yami said- ‘I was constantly listening that you have to increase your screen presence. Many actors were becoming popular by playing 10 minutes of rolls.

Yami further said- ‘There was a lot of fear and insufficiency in me. My self -confidence was also reduced. A time came when the family members said that you have realized, no problem. You have done what you wanted to do. I then decided that I will not do any such role. I will do what I will say to do it. Otherwise, I will pack the bags and go back. I would go back home and do farming.

Yami further said- I got the film again and my Uri was also released in the same year. After which my career took a U-turn.

Let me tell you that Yami was last seen with Prateek Gandhi in the film Dhoom. The film was released on the OTT platform. Yami’s different style has been liked in this film.
