The girl who has accused RCB player Yash of sexual abuse is from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. He told in his complaint that she was in relation to the cricketer for the last 5 years. During this time Yash continued to harass him physically and mentally. He also alleges that apart from him, he was in relationship with many more girls.

DCP Patil Nimish Dasaratha of Ghaziabad told The Indian Express that Yash Dayal has recorded his statement in front of the police. He said, “We have registered a case under BNS section 69. Many investigations are going on further.”

The girl complained on the CM helpline on 21 June. He alleges that he had also complained to the Mahla helpline on 14 June, but no hearing was held.
