<p style="text-align: justify;">The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh will honor the students who have performed excellently in the Madrasa Board Examination of the year 2026. The top 10 students of Munshi/Maulvi (Secondary) and Aalim (Senior Secondary) examination will be called to Lucknow and honored. Out of these, tablets will be given to the top 3 students of both the classes. For this, a special program will be organized in the capital Lucknow in the first week of June. The objective of the state government is to make Madrasa education modern, quality and effective, so that the students of minority community can join the mainstream and build a better future.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Uttar Pradesh of the year 2026. A total of 80,933 students were registered in the Madarsa Board examination. Out of these, 63,211 candidates took part in the examination, out of which 55,788 students passed the examination. Five boys and five girls are included in the top-10 merit list of Munshi/Maulvi (Secondary) and Aalim (Senior Secondary). All top-10 students will be honored.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Secondary and Senior Secondary toppers</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In Munshi/Maulvi (Secondary) category, Mohammad Wasim of Chandauli got first position, Mohammad Qasim Ali of Mirzapur got second position and Shaima Parveen of Gorakhpur got third position. Whereas in Aalim (Senior Secondary) category, girl students captured the top three positions. Ummul Khair of Amroha has made it to the top-3 along with Jummy Farin and Shaista Parveen of Varanasi. These students will be honored with tablets. </p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Emphasis on connecting modern education to the mainstream</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The state government is continuously working in this direction so that the students of minority community get connected with modern education and move forward in the mainstream of the society. The state government is trying to implement the vision of &#8216;Quran in one hand and computer in one hand&#8217; given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the grassroots level. In this sequence, special attention is being given to improving and modernizing the education system in madrassas.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Quality education priority of government</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Muslim Waqf and Haj Danish Azad Ansari said that the Yogi government is continuously working to provide quality education. He said that Madrasa education should not be limited to mere formality, because a large number of children from poor Muslim families get education here. It is their right to provide better and modern education to such students.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Honor ceremony will be held in the first week of June</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Minister of State Danish Azad Ansari said that in the first week of June, the top 10 students of secondary and senior secondary class will be called to Lucknow and honored. The top 3 of both the categories will be given tablet phones, so that they can pursue their further studies in a better way.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">The examinations were conducted under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Madarsa Board examinations were conducted in two shifts between February 9 and February 14. In the first shift, examinations for Munshi and Maulvi were conducted, while in the second shift, examinations for Aalim, Arabic and Persian subjects were conducted. A total of 277 examination centers were set up across the state. To make the examination process transparent and cheating-free, CCTV cameras were installed at all the centres, which were monitored directly from the Madarsa Board headquarters. As a result, the examinations were successfully conducted in a peaceful and fair environment.</p>
