The protesters arrested from Bharat Mandapam include Youth Congress National Secretary Krishna Hari from Bihar, Youth Congress State Secretary Kundan Yadav from Bihar, Youth Congress State President Ajay Kumar from Uttar Pradesh and Narasimha Yadav from Telangana. Delhi Police argued that they (protesters) raised anti-national slogans and were wearing T-shirts with objectionable pictures of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
