Ziaur rahman barq news: Sambhal SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke has got a big relief from the Allahabad High Court on charges of power theft. SP MP Zia Ur Rehman Burke was fined 1 crore 91 lakh by the electricity department. Now the Allahabad High Court has banned the electricity bill of SP MP. The court has stayed the order of 15 May 2025 issued against the SP MP. While hearing the case, the double bench of Justice Soumitra Dayal Singh and Justice Sandeep Jain has ordered.

The Electricity Department had given notice of recovery of Rs 1.91 crore SP SP MP. Regarding this, the SP MP’s lawyer said that the electricity department is charging a fine of the last 12 years, while the recovery should be only 1 year old. On this, the court ordered that within two weeks, the Executive Engineer of the Power Department should deposit Rs 6 lakh with the Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division of the Electricity Department. Along with this, the court ordered that the electricity connection of the petitioner which has been temporarily deducted can be restored on the condition of timely payment of future bills. However, the next hearing in this case will be held on 2 July.

Explain that the UP Electricity Department imposed a fine of Rs 1.91 crore in December last year after investigation at the SP MP’s residence in Sambhal’s Deepal Sarai area in the alleged power theft case.
