Every year thousands of people from India go to abroad, some for studies, some in search of jobs, some to settle with their family. But just think, if a wife living in India herself pleads with the foreign immigration agency to get her own husband out of the country, then how shocking will it be?
One such case is becoming increasingly viral on social media, which has launched a new debate in America about illegal shelter and green card weddings.
What is the whole matter?
In fact, a woman from India, Samanpreet Kaur, has appealed to the US Immigration Agency ICE to send her husband Navrit Singh. The woman claims that her husband took refuge in the US on a false ground and is now preparing to marry someone else while living in Frazno, California.
Sambanprit’s serious allegations
Husband Navrit Singh claimed asylum in America in 2022, while according to Samanpreet, she did not have any kind of threat in India. He alleged that Navrita had illegally entered America to earn money and gain citizenship.
The couple also has a 7 -year -old daughter, who lives with Samanpreet in India. Sambanpreet first stated the threats of family members and false promises of being taken to America.
Big revelations made in social media posts
Samanpreet has also posted a post related to this case. According to the Times of India, he also told in his post that Navrita himself told his father that he is going to marry someone else in America for a green card. Samanpreet claimed that she has complete information and evidence of Navrita’s false refuge and she can prove it when needed.
Samanpreet wrote, “If Navrita has really married or is going to do a second marriage, I want to take legal action against both,” Bigamy is a crime in both India and America.
Samanpreet also said that “I do not hate my husband, but being from a Sikh family, I believe in the same marriage. If my husband claims to be Khalistani, how can he ignore Sikh customs?”
Along with this, Samanpreet has talked about going to America illegally via Nepal or Africa, which has also included her husband Navrita.
