PM modi pamban bridge inauration: On the occasion of Ramnavami, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a big gift to the country on Sunday (April 6). Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the new Pamban Rail Bridge in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu today. This is India’s first vertical lift C-barge. The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of this bridge at a cost of Rs 700 crore in the year 2019. Apart from the inauguration, PM Modi also flagged off the new rail service of Rameswaram-Tambaram (Chennai).

Chief Minister went to inaugurate government works in Nilgiri
The Chief Minister of the state MK Stalin inaugurated 1,703 government works, which had been prepared at a cost of 494.51 crore in Udgamandalam on Sunday (6 April). It also includes newly constructed Udgamandalam Government Medical College and Hospital. Along with this, he also laid the foundation stone of 56 new projects costing ₹ 130.35 crore in Nilgiri district.
