The Indian team had given follow-on to West Indies. Due to the lead, the Indian team got the target of 121 runs. In the second innings, when Yashasvi Jaiswal came to bat, due to playing fast, he was out after scoring only 8 runs. On the fourth day, India lost only the wicket of Jaiswal.
