‘Tariffs will be put on the whole world, let’s see what will happen’, Donald Trump’s statement created a ruckus

Donald Trump on Tarrif: US President Donald Trump has announced that he will impose tariffs on the whole world. He made this announcement during a conversation with reporters in Air Force One. He said that in the coming days we will put tariffs on all countries.

Till now the US had talked about imposing tariffs on countries that impose import duty on American goods and services or on the countries with which America’s trade is unbalanced but Donald Trump has shocked everyone by making a fresh statement because he said that he said that it is not so. Donald Trump said, “They have cheated us in such a way that no country has cheated in history and we are going to treat them much better with them but still it is a huge amount for the country.”

Did Donald Trump say?

President Trump told reporters in Air Force One aircraft, “We will start with all countries, so let’s see what happens.” However, it is expected that Donald Trump may withdraw some of those threatened tariffs at the last minute. President Trunr clarified that it is not only about a handful of countries that would be affected, he rejected rumors of mutual tariffs only 10 or 15 countries. He said, “I have not talked about 10 or 15 countries. We are talking about all countries, no cutoff.”

What were the speculation before?

There was speculation that these mutual fees would affect more than a dozen countries that the Trump administration believes that they do unfair business with the US. That is, they put more tariffs on America too. This is because American Treasury Secretary Scott Besant had talked about the group of such countries, whom he had described as Dirty 15.

Donald Trump also announced that he would be more good, more generous and kind to those countries who charge the US. He claimed without giving any data, “The fees would be far more generous than those countries that were with us, which means they would be more kind than in countries that were with the United States for decades.”
