Tata Capital IPO allotment status: Tata Capital Limited’s Rs 15,512 crore IPO closed on Wednesday, October 8. This was the biggest issue so far this year. It received 1.96 times subscription on the last day of bidding for the IPO. Bids were made for 65.19 crore shares against its 33.34 crore shares.
Subscription was received 1.10 times from retail investors, 1.98 times from non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 3.42 times from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). Tata Capital, the non-banking financial company (NBFC) of Tata Group, had fixed the price of shares for the IPO between Rs 310 and Rs 326. Now all eyes are on the allotment of IPO, which is going to happen today i.e. 9th October. The shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on October 13.
How much is GMP now?
There is a continuous decline in the GMP of Tata Capital’s IPO in the gray market, which dropped from the first premium of Rs 30 to Rs 20 on October 2. Now it is trading at a premium of just Rs 3.5. In such a situation, Tata Capital shares can be listed at Rs 329.5, which is only 1.07 percent more than the IPO price. However, experts warn that GMP (grey market premium) is volatile and subject to changes in market sentiment.
How to check allotment status online?
BSE
To check the allotment status of Tata Capital IPO on BSE, first visit its website-https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx Go to.
Now go to the IPO section and select ‘Equity’ and then ‘Tata Capital Ltd.’ Select.
Here click on the application number or PAN number and ‘Search’.
As soon as you do this, the status will appear on the screen.
NSE
At the same time, to check allotment status on NSE, its website- https://www.nseindia.com/products/dynaContent/equities/ipos/ipo_login.jsp Go to.
Now go to the IPO page and select ‘Equity & SME IPO bid details’.
Go to ‘Select Symbol’ option and select ‘TATACAP’.
Enter PAN and application number and click on ‘Submit’ button. You will see your allotment status on the screen.
MUFG
If you wish, you can also check the allotment status on the website of MUFG Intime India, the registrar of public issues.
For this, first go to the official website https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html will go on.
Here first select the option of ‘Tata Capital Limited’.
Now enter your PAN or account number or application number or client ID.
Click on ‘Submit’ and see your status on the screen.
