India vs Ireland T20 Series Schedule: The wait for the 19th season of the Indian Premier League is about to end, which will start from March 28. But before the start of IPL, the Indian cricket team has come into discussion because BCCI has released the schedule of the new series for it. Team India has to play a 2-match T20 series with Ireland. After IPL, Team India will be seen continuously in action, because it has to play series against Afghanistan, then Ireland and then England.

This will happen after 3 years when Team India will tour Ireland. Before this, the Indian team has gone on Ireland tour in 2018, 2022 and 2023. The series of 2 T20 matches will start from 26th June and the second T20 match will be held on 28th June. Both these matches will be played in Belfast.

How many matches will Rohit and Virat play?
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have retired from T20 format, hence they will not play in the series against Ireland. But before that, the Indian team has to play a Test and three ODI series with Afghanistan. Rohit and Virat can be seen playing in these 3 ODI matches. India vs Afghanistan series will run from June 6-June 20.
After the Ireland series, Team India will leave for England. Team India will play five T20 and 3 ODI matches on the England tour. Team India’s England tour will run from July 1-July 19. This means that after the end of IPL 2026, the Indian cricket team is going to be very busy. In the upcoming 3 series, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will be seen playing in 6 ODI matches.
