After being expelled from RJD and family, Tej Pratap Yadav met his father Lalu Yadav for the first time in Delhi on Friday (January 09, 2026). There is a lot of discussion about what happened during this meeting.
Actually, on Friday there was a hearing in the ‘Land for Job’ case in Rouse Avenue Court (CBI Special Court) located in Delhi. Many members of Lalu family had reached the court. Tejashwi Yadav had also arrived. Tej Pratap came face to face with him, but there was no conversation. After appearing in the court, Tej Pratap Yadav reached Misa Bharti’s residence in Delhi and met his father.
Tej Pratap Yadav told the media after the meeting, “Met father. To know about his health. His health is not going well right now. Invited for Chuda-Dahi.” On this the journalists asked him whether he would come? In response, Tej Pratap Yadav said, “Why won’t you come?”
Tej Pratap said- ‘We will fight’
On the other hand, in the Land for Job case, the court has framed charges against 41 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, Tejashwi Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav. On this, Jan Shakti Janata Dal President Tej Pratap Yadav said, “We will fight.”
Let us tell you that after the Anushka Yadav episode, Lalu Yadav had expelled his elder son Tej Pratap from the party for six years. Was even thrown out of the family. After this Tej Pratap formed his own party Janashakti Janata Dal. He contested the 2025 assembly elections from Mahua but lost. Now going to organize Dahi-Chuda feast on Makar Sankranti.
