A new reality show “The 50” has arrived, which is streaming on Jio Hotstar. The show has the concept of 50 celebrities and 50 days. People say that this is a Bigg Boss copy, but anyway Bigg Boss itself is inspired by Big Brother. There is no big host in this show, rather a character wearing a mask looks like a host. In the first episode, a task was conducted before entering the palace, where teams of 10 each were formed and captains were selected. After the task, the captains ousted Vanshaj Singh because he said that he could not interact much with the other contestants. With this, 49 contestants reached inside the palace. The show has many well-known faces like Karan Patel, Nikki Tamboli, Urvashi Dholakia, Rajat Dalal etc. A musical chair element was also shown on the music of Himesh Reshammiya. Overall the first episode felt okay to decent, neither very mind-blowing nor boring. In the upcoming episodes, a clash between Rajat Dalal and Digvijay is being shown, which is being highlighted for the promotion of the show.
