However, he fell ill after signing the contract, so Salman got the lead role in ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’.

Faraz Khan died in 2020
Let us tell you that Faraz Khan was the son of Bollywood actor Yusuf Khan, who was known for working with big stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra in the 70s and 80s. After not getting a chance in ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, Faraz worked with Rani Mukherjee in films like “Fareb” and “Mehndi”. However, after this he did not do many films. Unfortunately, Faraz passed away in 2020 due to ill health. When Salman came to know about Faraz’s illness, he also offered financial help. Faraz’s brother expressed gratitude for Salman Khan’s support and said that he will always be grateful to him.
