Aneet Padda and Ahaan Pandey’s film ‘Sayara’ has garnered praise from people and critics as soon as it was released. This romantic musical film made under the direction of Mohit Suri was not only a hit at the box office but has also been included in the top 5 films of 2025. The film made these young actors stars overnight. And now after a long time, the classic love story is coming back to spread its magic.
Netflix and re-release
After being successful in theaters for more than 50 days, ‘Sayara’ was released on Netflix on 12 September 2025. Now on the occasion of Valentine’s Day 2026, the film is being shown again in some selected theaters of India from February 7 to February 13. Some of its shows are still running in big cities. YRF production company planned the re-release of the film without any big notice and gave this surprise to the fans.
Limited Screening and Ticketing
According to BookMyShow, Syara is being shown for limited screening in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune. In Mumbai the film can be seen throughout the weekend whereas in Delhi people can watch it till Wednesday. Ticket prices for the re-release have also been kept quite reasonable so that fans can easily enjoy the film.
Anit and Ahaan’s experience
In a recent conversation with Femina, Aneet Padda shared his feelings about the success of the film and people’s reactions. It was emotional for him to see people’s opinions but he had learned to handle the pressure. Anit told that her co-star Ahaan supported her every moment and kept reminding each other that ‘let’s show the world the love that they have forgotten.’
Story and earnings of the film
Saiyaara is the story of Vaani Batra who is a journalist and Krish Kapoor who wants to become a leading singing star. Their paths cross and they fall in love but their romance faces many challenges. The film shows how love can overcome difficulties. Syara grossed Rs 398.25 crore in India and a total of Rs 569.75 crore worldwide making it one of the biggest hits of 2025.
