The most important phase of army recruitment rally is Physical Fitness Test (PFT). In this, the physical capacity, strength and stamina of the youth are examined.

The first is the phase of the race, which has to cover a distance of 1.6 kilometers. Candidates who complete this distance before 5 minutes 30 seconds get the most marks. Points decrease as time increases. That is, the faster you run, the more points you will get.

After this, there is a pull-up examination. Candidates who do 10 or more bridge-ups get the highest marks, while the marks on low bridge-ups decrease. Apart from this, candidates also have to take the examination of cross-jag balance test and crossing 9 feet wide gap. It is necessary to qualify in these two, although no marks are given for them.
