Devender Yadav on Heatwave: Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Devendra Yadav has targeted the Delhi government. He alleged that the scorching heat in Delhi has broken all previous records and where Delhiites in roads, public places, bus stops, markets have to face heat wave to run their livelihood.
He said that Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta had announced the comprehensive plan to save them from the heatwave in April, perhaps the BJP government has forgotten it and this scheme also shows the hollow announcements made during the BJP’s 100 -day tenure.
Forgetting announcements and accused of ignoring the people of Delhi
Devendra Yadav said that the BJP’s triple engine government is ignoring the people of Delhi by forgetting the previous announcements due to the working style of confusing. The Chief Minister of Delhi has no concern with the problems of Delhiites.

Devendra Yadav said that the comprehensive plan that Rekha Gupta government had announced to give relief to Delhiites from Heatwave, had proposed 3000 water coolers, cold centers in public places, arrangements for cold water at bus stops, shadow structures and green roofs etc. on the footpaths and announced to make Hetavev wards for the treatment of the heat affected in big hospitals. But it has been revealed that the Delhi Congress has been revealed, the BJP government has no arrangement to deal with the heat.
Devendra Yadav said that it is extremely worrying that after detailed discussion in the Delhi Cabinet, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta had announced a comprehensive plan to deal with the heat, which is not known at the ground level at the time of scorching heat.

He said that it is part of the working style of the BJP to leave the jumle and promote false schemes. He said that when poor forced laborers walking on roads, pavements, people waiting at bus stops are facing the heat, BJP’s plan to deal with the heat is missing.
Devendra Yadav said that Delhi is waiting for 3000 water coolers, cooling shelters on roads, shedding structure on pavements, green roof, but the government has sat silently by announcing it. For the BJP government, the value of the lives of the people of Delhi is limited to paper only, it has proved to be completely unsuccessful to eliminate real troubles.
