Larsen & toubro Limited: The salary package of SN Subrahmanyan, chairman and managing director of Engineering and Construction Company Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has jumped a 50 % jump in FY 2024-25. According to the company’s new annual report, Subrahmanyan got a package of Rs 76.25 crore in FY 2025 in FY 2025 in FY 2024. This rapid increase in the package is being credited with the use of Employees Stock Options (ESOP), whose value was Rs 15.88 crore. Last year he did not take any eSop.
The stock option is a contract, which allows you to buy or sell shares at a fixed price before a fixed date. There is also a details of the salary package of some other top executives of the company in the list. Full -time director and Chief Financial Officer R Shankar Raman received Rs 37.33 crore in FY 2025. At the same time, Deputy Managing Director and Chairman Subramanian Sarma received Rs 44.55 crore during this period. This annual report emphasized that the remuneration of the top officials of the manager level reflects the strong performance of the company, which is in line with the industry’s benchmark.
