Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will go to Rajya Sabha while his son Nishant Kumar will join the party today (Sunday). Workers and party leaders are sad when Nitish goes to Rajya Sabha. Meanwhile, the first reaction of Manish Verma, one of the leaders closest to Nitish Kumar, has come. JDU National General Secretary Manish Verma said a lot while talking to the media on Sunday.
Manish said that if he goes to Rajya Sabha at the Centre, his (Nitish Kumar) role will definitely remain, but it is not that he is leaving Bihar. Going to Rajya Sabha does not mean that you will stay in Delhi. He will also stay in Patna. Will keep watching things from Patna also. Bihar was built by them and when a person builds something, he cannot see it getting spoiled. He has given assurance of this also.

JDU and the people of Bihar wanted Nishant ji to enter active politics. The demand was going on for a long time. There were demonstrations at many places. At many places, JDU leaders also supported this. Today is a very happy day that Nishant ji is entering JDU. We welcome him. The entire JDU family welcomes him with full enthusiasm. I think the kind of nature he has, his sociable nature, his personality will have an impact on JDU.

Through his Facebook post, Manish Verma said, “No caravan can move forward without the new generation. Today, in the presence of thousands of workers in the program organized at the state office of the party, the moment of brother Nishant Kumar’s entry into active politics is a very emotional and exciting occasion for the Janata Dal (United) family. He is full of humility, ease and simplicity. He never took pride in the fact that he is the son of a great leader.”
