Gaba Cricket Stadium is considered to be the stronghold of the Australia cricket team. Australia had not lost any Test at this stadium since 1988, the record which was broken by the Indian team in January 2021. This was also India’s first Test victory on this ground. Rishabh Pant scored an unbeaten innings of 89 runs in the second innings, for which he was also chosen as the Player of the Match.
