The government took this step because these channels were spreading inflammatory, false and misleading things against India and security agencies. This information has been given by an officer.

This step was taken because of this
The official said that Pakistani YouTube channels have been blocked against India due to inflammatory and wrong things spreading hatred in society. India killed 25 Indian citizens and a Nepali citizen in the horrific terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, and many others were injured.
India has taken many tough decisions
In a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the Pahalgam terror attack, India has decided to stop the Indus Water Agreement. Foreign Secretary Vikram Egypt said that India has decided to stop the Indus Water Agreement at the moment. This step has been taken in view of increasing tension in India-Pakistan relations. Along with this, the government has also decided to cancel all visa exemption issued to Pakistani citizens under SAARC. Apart from this, the process of closing the Pakistani Embassy in India is being started.
The central government has directed Pakistani diplomats to leave India within 48 hours. Along with this decision, the attic border checkpost will also be closed, which will also eliminate ground connectivity between India and Pakistan. All these decisions have been taken keeping in mind India’s national security and internal stability.
