Voting is going on in Bihar since Thursday morning. Voting is taking place on 121 seats in the first phase today. There is an interesting contest on many seats here, in which there is a direct contest between Bahubali Anant Singh and Suraj Bhan’s wife from Mokama. Anant Singh is in jail in the Dularchand murder case. More than 27 percent voting has taken place in the first four hours of this voting. Highest turnout has been recorded in Begusarai and lowest in Patna. There were queues of voters at the police booths since morning and a lot of security arrangements have also been made.
