There is big news for millions of students dreaming of making a career in the engineering world. The result of JEE Advanced 2025 has been officially released today. Students who appeared in this exam can now see their scorecard jeeadv.ac.in by visiting the website. Along with this, the final answer has also been uploaded on the website.
This year, more than 1 lakh 90 thousand students had registered in JEE Advanced Examination. The examination was held in two papers-both Paper-1 and Paper-2 were of 180-180 marks, that is, there was a total test of 360 marks.
Examination was held on 18 May
The JEE Advanced 2025 examination was conducted on May 18 at two shifts at 224 examination centers across the country. The special thing is that the examination was conducted at foreign centers like Kathmandu and Dubai along with India. This time this exam was conducted by IIT Kanpur.
Josaa counseling starts from June 3
After the result, now it is the turn of Josaa counseling 2025, through which there will be admission in 23 IITs, 32 NITs, 26 IIITs and 47 GFTI institutions across the country. The counseling process will be completely in online mode and it will run from June 3 to July 28, 2025.
To join the counseling, students have to register by visiting Josaa website from June 3 to June 12 at 5 pm and fill the college and branch of their choice.
The first round seat allotment list will be released on 14 June. Students who will get a seat, will have to report seat accepting fees by reporting online by June 19.
After this there will be a new round every week
2nd round: 21 June
3rd round: 28 June
4th round: 4 July
5th round: 10 July
6th and last round: 16 July
Daughters will get 20% reservation
A special initiative has been taken this year. In IIT and NIT, 20 percent additional seats have been kept for daughters, so that girls can get more opportunities in the top engineering institutions. The good thing is that there has been no cut in general or reserved seats from these seats.
How to check the result
- First go to the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
- Click on the link ‘JEE Advanced Result 2025’.
- Enter your roll number, date of birth and mobile number.
- The result will be seen on the screen as soon as they submit.
- Download the scorecard and keep saved for the future.
