Albanian Prime Minister Eddie Rama joked the US President Donald Trump’s mistake during a meeting of European Political Community (EPC) in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. His conversation was captured on camera, and the video is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
It can be seen in the video that Rama is talking smiling with French President Emmanuel Macron and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev. He made a mild joke about Trump’s world map and international understanding, on which both the heads of state also laughed. Rama said, “You should apologize to us because you did not congratulate us on the peace agreement made by President Trump between Albania and Azerbaijan.”
Trump’s mistakes are being considered responsible
Trump’s frequent mistakes are being believed to be the direct reason for this incident. The US President did not distinguish between many Eastern European countries and the struggle areas in the past. In an interview to Fox News in September 2024, Trump accidentally said that he ended the war between Azerbaijan and Albania, while the real struggle was between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Trump also gave wrong information many times
Trump also gave wrong information about geography several times in a press conference with British Prime Minister Kir Stmper and a dinner meat. He claimed to end the war between Cambodia and Armenia, while these countries are at a distance of over 4,000 miles from each other and never joined the mutual conflict.
This video and Rama’s laughing response created a slight smile among global leaders and it is being shared fast on social media.
