‘The Raja Saab’ was one of the much awaited Telugu films of the year 2026. Directed by Maruti and starring Prabhas, this film was released worldwide on 9 January 2026. ‘The Raja Saab’ had a tremendous start at the box office and earned more than Rs 100 crore worldwide on the first day itself. This first day collection made the film among the top opening day grossers for Telugu cinema and was the sixth time that a Prabhas film had crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide. However, after this the film became a victim of negative reviews and then its earnings did not pick up, on the contrary, it is facing the recession every day. Now on the second weekend also its earnings have decreased instead of increasing.
- Amidst all this, if we talk about the collection of the film, ‘The Raja Saab’ had earned Rs 130.25 crore in the first week.
- After this, on the 8th day i.e. second Friday, the film had earned Rs 3.5 crores and then on the 9th day its collection was Rs 3 crores.
- According to the early trend report of Saknilk, ‘The Raja Saab’ has earned Rs 2.50 crore on the 10th day of its release i.e. second Sunday.
- With this, the total collection of 10 days of ‘The Raja Saab’ has now become Rs 139.25 crore.

The condition of ‘The Raja Saab’ is very bad at the box office. This film made on a big budget has not been able to earn Rs 150 crore even after 10 days of release. The shocking thing is that the budget of this film is Rs 400 crore. In such a situation, this film has left the makers in poverty. Well, now Sunny Deol’s Border 2 is being released in theaters from January 23. After the release of this film, the packup of ‘The Raja Saab’ is completely certain. That means this Prabhas starrer film is now a guest at the box office for a few days.
