Prabhas’s most awaited film ‘The Raja Saab’ is going to hit the big screens on 9 January 2026. Before the release, the Censor Board has used scissors on the film. However, with many changes, ‘The Raja Saab’ has set a record in terms of runtime. Prabhas’s film has been included in the list of films having runtime of more than 3 hours.
- CBFC has made some important changes in ‘The Raja Saab’. The censor board has removed two bloody scenes from the film.
- CBFC has directed the makers to either remove or modify the scene of washing blood on the floor. In such a situation, the makers of ‘The Raja Saab’ have changed that scene into monochrome (black and white scene).
- There was a scene in the film in which a character’s head is cut off. On the request of CBFC, the makers have also shortened that scene by 4 seconds and converted it into flash visuals.
The Raja Saab Runtime
‘The Raja Saab’ was passed by CBFC with U/A 16+ certificate on December 24, 2025. After all the changes, the runtime of Prabhas’s film has increased to more than 3 hours. According to CBFC certification, the total runtime of ‘The Raja Saab’ is 189 minutes i.e. 3 hours and 9 minutes.

Prabhas starrer film ‘The Raja Saab’ is a horror-comedy which has been directed by Maruti. Sanjay Dutt is going to be seen in villain avatar in this film. Apart from this, actors like Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Nidhi Agarwal, Zarina Wahab and Boman Irani will also be seen in important roles.
