Ajay wrote in Marathi – ‘The fort was captured, but the lion was lost, but the story is not over… #6YearsOfTanhaji.’ This post further increased the expectations of the sequel among the fans. People are asking on social media whether this means that the story of Tanhaji will continue further.
Story of ‘Tanhaji’
At the end of the first film, Tanhaji was injured and martyred. He earned name in history by his courage and sacrifice. Although their story does not appear to be moving forward on its own, this post by Ajay Devgan has given rise to discussions about the possibility of the story moving forward. The story of the film was based on the time of Maratha rule and Mughal occupation in Maharashtra and the bravery of Tanhaji has been depicted brilliantly.
