The story of Akanksha becoming an actress from Physiotherapist, has rocked

Very few people know that Akanksha has been a trained physiotherapist before getting success in acting. Come, let’s know their story.

Akanksha was born on 30 July 1990 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. His mother herself was the theater artist, which is why Akanksha became attached to the stage and acting since childhood.

He first focused on studies and obtained a degree in physiotherapy. During this studies, he learned deeply about body, treatment and care. During this, he continued to do theater.

In the year 2012, he got an offer of the TV show ‘Na Bole Tum Na Main Kuch Ka Kuch’ and through this show he stepped into the world of small screen. This role played so much simplicity and deep that the audience became convinced.

After a successful debut on TV, in 2015, Anahita Mehta appeared in the role of ‘Gulmohar Grand’ based on the hotel industry. Subsequently, in 2016, she joined the ‘Box Cricket League’ as a contestant and played the role of a lawyer in an episode of ‘Ai Zindagi’ in 2017.

Akanksha also tried her luck in films. In 2017, he made his film debut with the Hindi film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. In the same year, he entered the South film industry with the Telugu film ‘Malli Rawa’. In this film, he played the lead role and his acting was highly appreciated.

In 2018, she worked with Nagarjuna in the Telugu film ‘Devdas’, which was very much liked by the audience. The same year she also appeared in two short films ‘Methi Ke Laddus’ and ‘Capture’. In 2019, he acted with Sudeep in the Kannada film ‘Palwan’, which was released in many languages and earned well at the box office.

Akanksha also proved herself on OTT. He made an OTT debut with Disney Plus Hotstar’s web series ‘tradition’ in 2021 and then played the role of a police officer in ‘Escape Live’ in 2022. In the same year, he also recorded a strong presence in the ‘Rangbaz: politics of fear’ and Telugu Anthology ‘Meat Cute’.

In the 2022 film ‘Runway 34’, he played the role of Adara Khanna, wife of Ajay Devgan, which was his second big Hindi film. Physiotherapist -turned -actress Akanksha Singh has become a reliable face in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada film industry.
