Speaking to news agency ANI, coach Rajkumar Sharma said, “He is in excellent form. He ensured Delhi’s victory by batting well. He has returned to domestic cricket after a very long time, yet he has performed well. He is the best consistent performer in the Indian team right now, he is fully prepared for the World Cup.”

Virat Kohli scored the 58th century of his List-A career by playing an inning of 131 runs for Delhi. This was his 5th century in List-A cricket for Delhi. In the same match, Virat had also completed 16,000 runs in his List-A career. Now Virat has scored 16,130 runs in 330 innings in List-A cricket. The highest run scorer in this format for India is in the name of Sachin Tendulkar, who scored 21,999 runs.

Virat Kohli’s next match

Virat Kohli will play his next match in Vijay Hazare Trophy on 26th December. On this day Delhi will face Gujarat, this match will be played at Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. Delhi vs Gujarat match will start at 9 am Indian time.
