Mars is one of the planets near the Earth where man is looking for his future residence. Scientists are engaged in the discovery day and night to find any evidence of life on Mars. Scientists believe that Mars, or red planet, was once like Earth. For the last four years, NASA’s Perseverance Rover has been traveling to the place on Mars where a powerful river used to fall in a crater. There was also a large delta of this river. Computer models suggest that snow will fall on ancient Mars, it will rain. It would have built hundreds of lakes and river valleys on the planet.

Journal of Geophysical Research: A recent study has been published in Planets. This study has found that these land characteristics are not only the result of melting of snow layers but it is more consistent with the rainy model. According to research by geologists at the University of Colorado at Boulder, our neighboring planet, which is average 14 million miles in space, was hot, and filled with moisture billions of years ago.

This study challenges the belief that says that Mars was once extremely cold and icy. But it still has a lot of secrets. It is not yet clear where this water came from Mars. Also, most climate models predict that surface temperature here is very cold to maintain liquid water. This raises the question of how these visible geological features would have been made. NASA’s Perserence Rover is currently exploring one such place of Mars, where a powerful river was once flowing.

On the basis of computer -based models, scientists are excited whether the Earth -like atmosphere, or weather on the ancient Mars? However, more evidence is needed to give a strong answer to this question. For example, how would Mars be so hot that it can rain here, or he can get snow? Scientists are constantly searching and soon any new information about this may come out.
