
Under this recruitment, a total of 113 posts will be appointed. These include 42 posts of general category, 24 posts of OBC category, 5 posts of MBC category, 10 posts of EWS category, 18 posts of SC category and 14 posts of ST category. That means there are opportunities in this recruitment for candidates of all categories.

Talking about educational qualification, the candidate must have a master’s degree with at least second division in Economics, Statistics, Maths or Commerce from a recognized university. Apart from this, if a candidate has a Master’s degree in Agricultural Statistics, then he/she will also be eligible. Equivalent degrees obtained from foreign universities will also be valid. Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to have RS-CIT certificate. This certificate should be issued by Vardhman Mahavir Open University, Kota or the Information and Technology Department of the Government of Rajasthan.

Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 21 years and maximum age is 40 years. Age will be calculated as on January 1, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.

The application fee has also been fixed differently according to categories. General and creamy layer OBC or MBC category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 600, while for non-creamy layer OBC, MBC, EWS, SC and ST category candidates, the fee has been fixed at Rs 400. Disabled candidates will also have to pay an application fee of Rs 400.

Candidates will be selected in three phases. Written examination will be conducted in the first phase, document verification will be conducted in the second and medical examination will be conducted in the third phase. The written examination will be of total 200 marks and will be conducted for 3 hours duration. In this, candidates will be asked questions related to Statistics and Probability, Mathematical Methods, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and General Knowledge and Current Affairs.

The application process is also very easy. Candidates have to visit RPSC website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Click on the “Apply Online” link there, do a new registration or login with the old user ID. Then fill all the information asked in the application form carefully, upload the required documents and deposit the application fee. After this, submit the form and keep its printout with you.
