NABARD is going to fill a total of 91 posts through this recruitment. Of these, 85 posts are for Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), where work will be done to provide loans to farmers and strengthen the banking system in villages. Apart from this, 2 posts have been kept for Legal Service and 4 posts have been kept for Protocol and Security Service, which will be responsible for the security and administrative work of the office.
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have completed graduation with 60 percent marks. If the candidate has post-graduation, MBA, CA, CS, LLB or engineering degree then they can also apply. For Legal Services, LLB degree is required and for Security Services, at least 5 years of experience in Army or Navy is required.
The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years as on 1 September 2025. Whereas SC/ST category will be given age relaxation of 5 years and OBC category will be given 3 years of age relaxation.
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates has been fixed at Rs 850, whereas SC, ST and Disabled candidates will have to pay only Rs 150. The most important thing is that after giving the exam, the fees will be refunded. General category candidates will get Rs 700 and the rest of the categories will get the full money back.
After getting the job as Assistant Manager in NABARD, the candidate will initially be given a basic pay of Rs 44,500. By adding DA, HRA, medical and travel allowance to this, the total salary will reach approximately Rs 1 lakh per month. With increasing experience, this salary can go up to Rs 1.8 lakh per month.
The selection process in NABARD will be completed in three phases. The first phase will be of Prelims exam, in which 200 questions of 200 marks will be asked. The exam will be of two hours and will have questions related to Reasoning, English, Computer, Mathematics, General Awareness, Agriculture and Rural Development. Negative marking of 1/4 marks will be applicable for wrong answer.
The application process is very easy. First of all, candidates go to nabard.org website. Go to “Career” section and click on “Apply Online” link. Do new registration and fill name, mobile number and email ID. Upload photo, signature and all necessary documents. Pay the fees and submit the application. After submitting the form, take a print out of it and save it.
