Amidst the storm of ‘Dhurandhar’, Kapil Sharma’s ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’ dared to be released and it not only flopped badly at the box office but also proved to be a big loss deal for the makers. ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’ made Rs 11.50 crore in the first week. Whereas in the second week its earning was only Rs 1.35 crore. With this, its net collection in India was Rs 12.85 crore while the gross collection was Rs 15.15 crore. Actually, next to ‘Dhurandhar’, the audience did not appreciate ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’ and with this it also flopped at the box office. This film has made a worldwide lifetime earning of Rs 49 crore. In which it has earned Rs 39 crore (net earning Rs 32.50 crore) from the domestic market and Rs 10 crore (11 lakh US dollars) worldwide. The makers had to suffer a loss of Rs 100 crore due to the failure of this film.

Agastya Nanda and late veteran actor Dharmendra’s film ‘Ikkis’ was released in theaters on January 1, 2026. However, despite a good start, this film also got swept away in the tsunami of ‘Dhurandhar’, in 15 days of its release this film has made a net collection of Rs 30.6 crore in India. Its gross collection is Rs 36.8 crore while it has earned Rs 3.5 crore from overseas.

Apart from these, Prabhas’s recent release The Raja Saab has also proved to be pale in comparison to the storm of Dhurandhar. The Raja Saab is made on a budget of Rs 300 crores and even after 8 days of release it has not been able to earn even Rs 150 crores. In such a situation, this film has left the makers in poverty. Rahu Ketu and Happy Patel Dangerous Jasoos, released this Friday, also got defeated by the 43-day-old Dhurandhar. While Rahu Ketu earned Rs 1 crore and Happy Patel earned Rs 1.25 crore, even on the 43rd day, Dhurandhar has collected more than these two films at Rs 1.65 crore.
