The high -powered management committee of Shri Banke Bihari Temple in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday announced several major decisions, including closure of a very special person (VIP) with immediate effect and starting a live broadcast for darshan. The High Powered Committee constituted on the direction of the Supreme Court has made a big effort to improve the darshan and security in the temple in a meeting on Thursday evening. Along with this, the rooms of the temple will also be opened which have been closed for more than five decades.

According to a release issued by the District Information Officer on Friday, the system of darshan has been abolished by cutting the slip in the temple and VIP docks will also be removed for this. It was told in the release that now every person will have to wait for his turn in line, so that the temple administration will not be accused of discrimination and there will be no unnecessary shock among the visitors.

Ex -servicemen or professional security agencies

According to the release, Senior Superintendent of Police will decide in the next three days, from which door will enter and with which gate can be withdrawn. Apart from this, now the responsibility of security of the temple will be entrusted to ex -servicemen or professional security agencies in place of police or private guards.

It was told in the release that now the temple will be open for longer than before and not only this, the facility of getting the darshan of Thakur ji from any corner of the world will also be started soon.

According to the release, the temple in summer will open for three hours and in winter days for a quarter of three hours. The committee also decided that the structural audit of the temple building should be conducted from IIT Roorkee and it should also be ascertained how much movable and immovable property near the temple.

The committee should especially put special audit to the irregularities from 2013 to 2016 and place it before the report the report within 15 days.

The committee has decided to open a closed room in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple for years. According to the release, videography will also be conducted so that it can be recorded what is in the room. Apart from this, there will also be an audit of treasure.
