Only 17 countries have these weapons?
It is believed that there are 17 countries of the world including America, Russia, China, Germany, which have made biological weapons. However, till date no country has accepted the existence of organic weapons. Why can’t a country make biological weapons?

The Biological Weapon Convention was established in 1972, which was signed by 22 countries. Its purpose was to ban the manufacture and spread of biological weapons in the world. Today 183 countries including India are members of this convention. This is the convention behind the ban on the manufacture and use of organic weapons, which prevents the powerful countries of the world from spreading these weapons.
