Actor Prashant Narayanan, who gained fame from films like Murder 2 and Ghost, has called Kartik Aryan a ‘very bad’ actor. In a recent interview, Narayanan took a dig at Kartik Aryan’s acting skills and also claimed that he is staying in Bollywood only because of his luck and the blessings of his parents.
‘Karthik Aryan is a very bad actor‘
In fact, while talking to Bollywood Bubble quoting Hindustan Times, Prashant said, “I think he is one of the worst actors here, but he is a very lucky person. He survives only with the blessings of his parents. I liked him in his first film (Pyaar Ka Punchnama).”
‘People laugh at Karthik‘
When asked why the Indian audience likes Karthik’s films and watches them in theatre, Prashant said that they laugh not because of the actors, but at the actors. He further added, “I don’t know how many people are praising him, but I have seen people laughing at him. So, if you can make people laugh, it’s a good thing. There is a difference when you are laughing with someone and when you are laughing at someone. The Indian audience is mostly laughing at someone.”

In his career so far, Kartik Aryan Pyaar has given films like Punchnama, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Shehzada and Satyaprem Ki Katha. Karthik Aryan’s upcoming project includes Nagzilla, the shooting of which is currently going on. In the film, the actor will be seen playing the role of Priyamvdeswar Pyare Chand, a wish-fulfilling serpent.
