Multibagger Stock: Shares of Krishival Foods will be in focus on Monday, October 20. The company’s board of directors will meet on October 27, in which approval to raise funds through rights issue will be considered.
In a filing to the stock exchange on Saturday, Krishiwal Foods said, “We inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Krishiwal Foods Limited is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2025, at which, inter alia, the proposal to raise funds by issuing warrants or other securities of the company through a rights issue will be considered and approved.”

Through rights issue, companies give their existing investors an opportunity to buy new shares at a discount. It is a method of raising funds, which companies use to expand their business, repay loans or improve their financial position. Through rights issue, shareholders can maintain their proportionate ownership in the company by purchasing more shares.
Investors can increase their stake in the company by purchasing more shares at a lower price. On Friday, the last trading day of the week, Krishiwal Foods closed at 485, up 1.05 percent from 479.95 on BSE. The company’s board meeting was announced after the market opened.
Multibagger stock made investors rich
The shares of this food products manufacturer company have given bumper returns to investors in the last five years. Since its listing in the stock market in April 2022, it has risen by almost 400 percent, making it a multibagger stock. In the last one year, shares of Krishiwal Foods have risen by 68.80 percent on BSE.
So far this year, the company’s share price has increased by about 95 percent. In the last one month, the share price of Krishiwal Foods has risen by 5 percent on BSE, while in the last five trading sessions the share has risen by 3.06 percent. Shares of Krishiwal Foods reached its 52-week high of Rs 497 on October 8, 2025, while hitting its 52-week low of Rs 355 on August 11, 2025.
