Indian Oil Corporation
Indian Oil Corporation said that the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 will be considered in the board meeting to be held on March 6, 2026. The company gave this information to the exchanges under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also said that as per insider trading rules, the trading window for insiders will remain closed from February 27, 2026, till 48 hours after the dividend decision is made public.
Rail Vikas Nigam
Rail Vikas Nigam has received an order worth Rs 1978 crore from National Mineral Development Corporation. Under this, the company has been entrusted with the work of building a residential tower in Iron Ore Deposit-5 in Bacheli, Chhattisgarh.
The company has received Letters of Acceptance under Regulation 30 of the Listing Norms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India. These projects are part of infrastructure development at mining sites.
HCLTech
HCLTech, a big company related to IT sector, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with IIT Kanpur. Its objective is to translate research into practical solutions or actual pilot projects and scalable solutions for the Global Capability Centres. This collaboration will focus on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Cyber Security.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation
Bharat Petroleum Corporation has formed its wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore by the name of Bharat Petroleum Global Energy Services (Singapore). Indian Railway Finance Corporation
The decision on the second interim dividend for FY25-26 will be taken in the board meeting of Indian Railway Finance Corporation to be held on March 9, 2026. The company has fixed March 13, 2026 as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility, which is subject to the approval of the board.
Brigade Enterprises
Brigade Enterprises has entered into a strategic partnership with Primus Senior Living to build three senior living communities in Bengaluru and other South Indian cities. The total gross development value of these projects will be Rs 750 crore.
Netweb Technologies
Netweb Technologies has partnered with Vertiv to design and validate a graphics processing unit-based computing platform. This collaboration will integrate NetWeb’s in-house systems with Vertiv’s artificial intelligence data center infrastructure.
Hindalco Industries
Hindalco Industries, the metal company of Aditya Birla Group, said that the Committee on Foreign Investment in America i.e. CFIUS has approved AluChem Companies, Inc. The review of the proposed acquisition has been put on hold for the time being due to the partial shutdown of the US federal government. That means this shutdown will affect AluChem Companies, Inc. The proposed acquisition of CFIUS appears to be under review.
