There is a lot of buzz about Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘O Romeo’. The film is ready to release in Valentine’s Week. Earlier, the teaser of the film was released, after which the daughter of underworld Hussain Ustara sent a legal notice to the makers. Now, due to security reasons, the trailer launch event of ‘O Romeo’ has been cancelled.
According to the report of Pinkvilla, Hussain Ustara’s daughter Sanobar Shaikh had sent a legal notice to the makers of ‘O Romeo’. It was claimed that his father Hussain Ustara has been shown wrongly in ‘O Romeo’. Sanobar had demanded a ransom of Rs 2 crore from the makers. In such a situation, the makers have decided to cancel the trailer launch event.
Demand to ban the release of the film
Earlier, Bollywood Hungama had written in its report – ‘Last week, a letter was written to producer Sajid Nadiadwala of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and director Vishal Bhardwaj. It has been claimed that the image of Hussain Ustara family has been shown in a wrong way in the film O’Romeo, which is hurting the reputation of the family. Therefore he has demanded Rs 2 crore for this. Along with the financial demand, Sanobar has also requested the film producers to stop or cancel the release of the film until their problem is resolved.
Star cast of ‘O Romeo’
Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘O Romeo’ has been directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. This is the fourth time that Vishal and Shahid are working together. Before this, both have worked together in films like Kaminey (2009), Haider (2014) and Rangoon (2017). Trupti Dimri is in the lead role with Shahid Kapoor in ‘O Romeo’. Artists like Disha Patani, Tamannaah Bhatia, Farida Jalala and Nana Patekar will also be seen in important roles.
