The viral video is inside a train, in which a passenger pantry is seen arguing with the car employees. The passenger alleges that a bottle of water with MRP of Rs 15 was sold for Rs 20, when he asked for its bill and warned of the complaint, the manager of the pantry lost his temper. In the video, the manager can be heard angrily saying, “I will kill so much, you have gone mad? Will you tear you!” After this threat, other pantrymen present there also break on the passenger and try to snatch his mobile phone, in which he was making a video.

The passenger alleged that he only wanted him to get the goods at the right price and also be given a bill, but the staff associated with IRCTC started threatening him.
