In Uttar Pradesh, a transporter was brutally beaten to death due to a dispute over money transactions in Firozabad police station North area. Police have registered a case against the accused partner and his associates on the basis of the complaint lodged by the family members of the transporter, resident of Agra. Gajendra, the owner of All India Transport located at Kakrau Kothi in the police station North area of Firozabad, along with his family members, murdered his partner Balmukund.
According to Shiv Shankar, who had brought the vehicle from Agra along with Balmukund Dubey, Balmukund Subhash and Shiv Shankar, the three people loaded the goods from Agra at 3:00 in the morning and reached the All India Transport Company located at Kakrau Kothi, North Police Station area of Firozabad with the goods. After this, Shiv Shankar called the transport owner and informed about the arrival of the vehicle.

Within 5 minutes of making the call, four people reached near the transport and beat up driver Shiv Shankar, chased him away and also threw down Subhash sitting in the vehicle. After this, Mukund, the transporter’s nephew Nitin and others ran away with the vehicle. Driver Shiv Shankar, who was the victim of the assault, informed the police about this incident.
Shiv Shankar along with the police reached the spot and reached the Jain Mandir office of All India Transport, where the vehicle in which the goods had arrived was being unloaded. According to Shiv Shankar, Balmukund Dubey, owner of All India Transport, Gajendra and his family members beat him so brutally that his hands and legs were broken.
Old dispute over money transaction
According to Shiv Shankar, the police has told him that Balmukund has been brought in a critical condition from Nagla Pan Sahay, in which it is being told that Balmukund has met with an accident but according to Shiv Shankar, Balmukund has been killed by the accused by crushing him with a car. Firozabad Additional Superintendent of Police, City Ravi Shankar Prasad said that transporter Balmukund, resident of Agra, and Gajendra, owner of All India Transport, are partners. There was an old dispute going on between these two regarding money transactions.
Regarding this, these people beat up transporter Balmukund. Balmukund was sent to the trauma center for treatment where he died during treatment. On the basis of the complaint filed by Balmukund’s family, the police have registered a case of murder against the accused. The post-mortem has been conducted after filling the panchnama of Balmukund’s body. Additional Superintendent of Police, City, Ravi Shankar Prasad said that a case of murder has been registered against the accused and a search has been started for them. All the accused will be arrested soon.
