
Magic of ginger-shadow: Take a teaspoon of ginger juice and add half a teaspoon of honey to it. Drink twice a day. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and honey makes the throat soft. This mixture relieves both dry and phlegm cough.

Taking steam: Take hot water in a big vessel, add celery or eucalyptus oil to it and cover the head with towels and take steam. The tightness of the nose, sore throat and chest stored mucus is very effective.

Tulsi-black chilli decoction: Boil 10 basil leaves in water, add 3 black pepper and a little ginger to it. You can add honey to taste. This decoction increases immunity and helps in fighting the virus.

Gargle with salt water: Add a pinch of salt in lukewarm water and gargle twice a day. The sore throat gives immediate relief in infection and inflammation. Help in eliminating bacteria.

Turmeric milk: Drink half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk before going to bed at night. The curcumin present in turmeric reduces inflammation in the body and increases immunity.

A mixture of mint and honey: Boil mint leaves and extract its extract and add honey to it. Drink once a day. The mint opens when the nose is closed and cools the throat. Honey gives relief in dry cough.
