US President Donald Trump claimed in South Korea on Wednesday (29 October 2025) that he had brokered a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Regarding this, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is afraid of US President Trump. Addressing an election rally in Darbhanga, Bihar, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha said that Trump is insulting PM Modi in different countries.
‘PM Modi cannot answer Trump’
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, ‘Trump reiterated that he used trade to intimidate PM Modi so that he stops Operation Sindoor. Trump said that 7 planes were shot down. Trump said 50 times that he had stopped Operation Sindoor by scaring Narendra Modi, but not even ‘chu’ came out of Modi ji’s mouth. PM Modi has no strength to say anything. Such a man can never bring development in Bihar.
Rahul Gandhi challenged PM Modi
Rahul Gandhi said, ‘In the 1971 war, Indira Gandhi had clearly told the American President that we are not afraid of you. Prime Ministers are like this. Not once or twice, Trump has said 50 times that he has stopped Operation Sindoor. He (Trump) is talking about our army, our air force. Our Prime Minister does not have the courage to say that what Trump is saying is a lie. I challenge PM Modi that when he comes to Bihar, he should say that Donald Trump is lying… he cannot say.

US President Donald Trump visited South Korea on Wednesday (29 October 2025). During this, Trump, while referring to the India-Pakistan tension in his speech, said that when both the countries were fighting, I asked both of them to stop the war, but they refused.
