The permanent arbitration court ruled in favor of Pakistan regarding the Indus Water Treaty. Pakistan called it its victory. Modi and Putin’s friendship and strategic partnership remained as strong as before. Trump’s entire strategy was destroyed as his aim was to separate India from Russia. Modi’s strategy balance and strength
The Modi government gave a clear message in this whole incident that India will not bow under any pressure. Energy and defense cooperation will continue with Russia. The threats of Pakistan will be answered in the same language. The deal with America will be on India’s terms. This strategy showed that India is now not just a big market but a global power balance player.
