A shocking incident regarding the security of the US President came to light when Donald Trump boarded Air Force One at Palm Beach International Airport on Sunday (October 19, 2025). According to Fox News report, at the same time the Secret Service spotted a suspicious ‘hunting stand’ near the boarding and departure area of the presidential plane.
FBI Director Kash Patel, speaking to Fox News, said, ‘Before the President returned to West Palm Beach, the USSS observed a hunting stand at altitude within sight line of the Air Force One landing area.’
What did FBI Director Kash Patel tell?
Kash Patel said that no person was found during the search operation at the spot. The FBI has now taken over the investigation. Multiple teams and hi-tech tracking capabilities have been deployed at the scene to collect evidence. Officials have confirmed that no ammunition or explosives were found at the scene. However, the presence of this structure led to an immediate review of the airport’s security protocols.
The FBI said the wooden structure was found about 200 yards from a part of the airfield where Air Force One had recently been parked. According to local media, the presidential plane was parked elsewhere at the airport, but construction work brought it closer to an area used for private planes, making it potentially visible.
No arrests have been made yet
FBI Director Patel said that an investigation is underway to find out who built or used this structure and whether it was related to any recent security threat. He further said that no connection with any person has been found so far at the hunting site. Authorities have not announced any arrests as the investigation is ongoing.
Let us tell you that due to security alert, Trump allegedly climbed the small (rear) stairs in Air Force One. It is generally used in low visibility or high risk situations. The Secret Service made this change to reduce the risk when boarding a plane.
